Established in 2012 The Bloom Room Cumbria is located along St George's Terrace, just off the market square in the centre of Millom. Owned by locally born florist Nicola Armstrong, The Bloom Room has become synonymous with quality and passion in all aspects of floral design.

About Nicola

Graduating from Cumbria Institute of the Arts (Cumbria University) with a degree in Contemporary Applied Art, it’s Nicola’s design ability and eye for visual excellence that has allowed her to create a unique and individual business within the world of floristry.

Since opening Nicola has lovingly grown and nurtured a successful and well-respected business in the heart of her home town, serving Millom and the surrounding area with beautiful floral arrangements for all occasions.

It’s Nicola’s background in the arts that really sets her apart in her floristry. She has gained her a reputation for bespoke creations, and her ability to produce exclusive funeral tributes personal and representational to each individual client.

It is this passion and attention to detail that has seen Nicola’s floral creations being showcased in The Flower Arranger, the UK’s leading floral art magazine.
